1. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • "Service" means the matching of job seekers with employers locally, as provided by Walktowork.net through its website, Walktowork.net.
  • "User Content" means any and all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials that User uploads, posts, emails, transmits, or otherwise makes available through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If User does not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then User may not access or use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Walktowork.net provides a service for matching job seekers with employers locally. The Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but makes no guarantees regarding the availability of jobs or the suitability of any particular job for any particular user.

4. User Obligations

User agrees to the following obligations:

  • 4.1. To provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
  • 4.2. To maintain the security of their password and account information.
  • 4.3. To comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.
  • 4.4. To refrain from any unauthorized use of the Service.
  • 4.5. To respect the intellectual property rights of Walktowork.net and other users.

5. Prohibited Activities

User agrees not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • 5.1. Sending spam or unsolicited communications.
  • 5.2. Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior towards other users.
  • 5.3. Uploading or distributing illegal or offensive content.
  • 5.4. Infringing on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
  • 5.5. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Termination

Walktowork.net may terminate User's access to the Service with notice for any reason, or without cause. User may terminate their account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Walktowork.net be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • (a) User's access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or
  • (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of User's transmissions or content.

In no event shall Walktowork.net's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed $100.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Walktowork.net relating to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between User and Walktowork.net with respect to the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

Walktowork.net reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. User's continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes User's agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
